bank of america secured credit cards?

January 2nd, 2010 | by admin |

Hi guys, I know nothing about these things and I need your help. So, I’m an 18 yr. old going off to college this August. I just wanted a secured credit card to build my credit. I just plan to use it for gas or emergencies, nothing big. Will anyone tell me if the BofA secured credit card rates are any good? I have two accnts with them , that’s why I basically chose them. Any ideas? Is getting this a good idea? Oh and what about student visa cards? THANK YOU!

Try CreditCards.com. It has all the cards your need to know about and you can apply for one.

I got my card this way. Try it!

Don’t go that route if you’re going to college. Get a student credit card instead. On my campus, findcollegecards (google it) is a huge student credit resource.

A secured card is packed full of fees, while a student card has none. Good luck!
