Could I get in trouble for applying for a student credit card if i’m not a student?
November 13th, 2009 | by admin |I was reading the terms and conditions for student credit cards and couldn’t find anything that would make me not do it. I don’t have the best credit and i know credit card company’s would pass credit out to students every hour if they could. anyone have any thoughs

probably not. i have a student campus edge checking account. got it when i was 16 and i never had any problems.

It depends. If they even bother to check if you even attend college, then yes, they’ll cancel you. If they feel like it they can sue you for fraud. But more than likely they probably won’t check.
@Donut: Campus Edge checking account is different than a credit card.

You’ll find that when you apply, you’re going to have to prove that you’re going to college. IF you’re not, you won’t get approved, sorry!
